in my last post, i mentioned sumtin re being patient while driving especially during this fasting month. although i would like to believe otherwise, i strongly feel that patience runs low when you're fasting - im not sure if the factor is contributed by the low energy level or grumbling stomach but for the past few days on the road, its like hell break loose. i have to admit that driving to work takes more time that it usually does - instead of 30 minutes, its now an hour and simply impossible to reach the office on time. the jam starts right after i turn into jln jelatek (sometimes i feel like taking the train) and to make matters worse, people are cutting queue from the left and right - which is really testing. fine, everyone is trying to get to work on time but could they act more civilised and queue - like everybody else? heading home from work is also an issue but i consider myself pretty lucky because i get to punch out at 4.30 pm. can't wait for the clock to strike 4 because after dat, 30mins of waiting is nothing. oh yeah, im still practicing patience on the road but i dont wana speak too soon because its only the 5th of ramadhan...
