since my bday tis year fell on a sunday, my bf and i decided to haf a birthday weekend. as planned, instead of him buying me a surprise gift, i get to choose my own gift within a specified budget. although initially d location was supposed to be a suprise location, dat didnt actually happen but suprisingly, we went to pavillion although it was never our preferred mall.

we shared a meal but still didnt manage to finish it - shame on you ella!
me: betul ke u nk i amik more bags?bf: yelar, satu tu sket sgt la...
me: wat r u looking for?bf: give me a sec, takin out ur gift now...
me: im so surprised!!!
me: smile dear, i know u're broke...but tis is for keep sake!bf: ngeeee.... (forced smile)
so basically what happened was, when we arrived i scouted for gift for myself as i didnt plan to buy anything in particular but when me and siblings got a lil hungry, we grabbed lunch at tgif. right after, we proceed with gift hunting until suddenly i found something i love. ended up my bf got me two gifts! tq dear for the prezzies, love em! before leaving pavillion, we hung out at dome for coffee n such and later headed to cap sq for monsters vs alien which was hilarious. saturday was definitely a great pre-bday celebration.
and on sunday d 31st itself, which was my birthday, my bf took me out for lunch some place near our place before he headed back home for a fren's kenduri/makan2. back at home, my dad and bro got me a gift (basically from the whole family) and thanks to my sis for tipping them, i got something i've been wanting for a long time.

instead of a bday cake, we had ice cream dat eve which was sinfully delicious (ice cream dh masuk perut..hehe)
so for dinner, since it was a family affair, i decided to take them to 'liki-liki' - korean/thai steamboat restaurant
d price is reasonable altho d variety isnt as much as other steamboat restaurants ive been to, d soup is so tasty and d sauce completes everything else. kawan2, lets!
all in all i had a blast on my birthday, which didnt take much but my love ones. but dats not all, more updates on post bday celebration coming up soon.
