.....my rights.
first n foremost, id like to thank d company for sending me to such valuable course of 2day. although i was supposed to attend as an employer, i think 70% of me went as an employee instead but no worries because i've grasped as much as i can during d 16hours of endless listening of things which is beneficial firstly for me, then d company. in case you're wondering, it was a course on Fundamentals of Employment Contract and there were a lot of discussion on real life cases brought to the Labor Court. employers, u better watch out.
on d first day i arrived a lil late so i didnt get to sit with my colleague, instead i sat with a middle aged (most of those who attended are quite old) chap from velosi who was filling in for his boss. it was only after lunch dat his boss came in to join us. he's a Datuk, quite old, a lil wide around d belly with not so black hair. when d session resumed, he seemed a lil restless so i guess he's not much of a listener (men dont listen anyway) so he reached for a kopiko and started chewing (yes, chew instead of sucking it quietly) it *kruk krak kruk krak* and a few mins later he was fast asleep! dh makan gula2 kopi pun still bantai tido??! although there was no snoring involved, it was still a distraction. i wonder what happened to his manners.
anyway, i'll be on d lookout for more interesting courses coz im entitled to it, since d company dont offer much so i might as well make full use of my entitlement while im here. my quote of d day is "exercise - your rights!".
