Unlike ordinary Mondays,I'm on EL today (normally MC la kan). Undeniably, your brain controls everything. Everything goes thru it, and every action is generated fr it, and yes, dat includes your reflexes. Have you heard dat your brain is actually d strongest organ in d human body? Perhaps science has a way of explaining things, but I was no science kid but I believe in d logical reasonings of science (up to a certain extent,of course). D bottomline is, you are who u think you are or, you are only as sick as you think you are where all these are basically all in your head. Made up? ask yourself. Overrated? Maybe, but u're as good as dead without one.
Do u kno wat its like to be motivated? Or d least to say energized? I get it sometimes, most of d times with things I love and enjoy, and I look forward to these things dat no matter how tired you are, you still get to have some joy out of it. Which in d case of my job, is d total opposite. To me, job is not all about d money, but you eventually need money for everything. D thing with job is, in my ideal perception it should be something you enjoy doing, which shud include challenges and hardwork and at d end of d day, a pat on d back wud make a very good closure. Please do not underestimate d power of praise. Sometimes jus wen you're about to give up,a shot of praise can help you go on. Sometimes rewards are crucial too especially if you have a speech impaired boss, at least it shows a sign of gratitude.
Have you ever wanted to ask your boss sumtin like "if no one does d donkey's job, don't you think u'd b d donkey urself??" or "do you think u'd accomplish so much without your servants??". If you are a boss, what do u think wud b d utmost important thing in showing your staffs your gratitude? Fr my point of view, its d appreciation itself, any way u understand and express it.
Y do so many many people hate mondays? Its perhaps because their bosses' heads are imagined as punching bags. Just imagine d satisfaction itd give.
