with the current ISO audit going on in d office, everybody is running around like ders no tomorrow ~ menggelupur & menggelepar coz nobody wud want to take d NC (non conformance) blame. my turn wud come soon, hopefully it'll all go well. i have no issues with d audit, but yesterday as i was compiling d papers, it sorta gave me a headache coz there were too many forms (ada yg kena isi sendiri coz of d form redundancy nobody actually practice d whole procedure). back in my final year at uni, i did a course on reengineering of system (lupa lar d course name), but i really liked it i even scored 4.0 which surprised many but not me, coz from d very beginning, i saw d logic and loved it. i had fun doing d assignments coz it involves omitting redundant procedures, and then we get to inject "turbo chargers" and implement shortcuts which at d end of it saves time and resources, but most of all was practical. how i wish i cud implement some reengineering in my office today instead of jus conforming to some procedures which are no longer applicable. just a tot.

speaking of audit, i have my own checklist which i shud get to on d personal department. sometimes it may see tedious and boring but who doesnt need a good system?
