"jom pegi william" he said and i agreed. right after work on friday eve after his meeting, he picked me up and we were trying to head to jalan gurney to enter DUKE highway but got stuck at the jalan ampang intersection for like 30mins! d nearest exit was ampang park's parking entrance and we followed through, nobody likes to get stuck in d car after a long day rite. before i left d office, i heard hanan saying dat he'd go for a round of karaoke so i rang him up and so happen he was already at the news ktv with fathihah. for 2 straight hours, we sang our hearts out.
by d time we finished, we were a lil tired to drive down to KJ and otw to our car, we met hanan outside the bank and he suggested my bf and i should go to delicious and i definitely have no problem with dat especially after dat round of tasty drink i had earlier in the week. plus, it's only 5mins away from ampang park.
when we got to the restaurant, it was as crowded as my first time since its friday nite and there's a live performance going on. but nevertheless, we got ourselves a nice table by d window. even before we entered d eatery, i already knew what drink to order and so did my bf. we had a very tasty and fulfilling three course meal that nite, courtesy of my darling bf (thanks dear!). enjoy the pix...

French Onion Soup with melting cheese crostini
the verdict: the cheese is really stringy and soup is tasty

verdict: (his) great as claimed (hers) consistently delish and ever refreshing

Napolicious creamy tomato based spagetthini with (lotsa) beef bacon
verdict: generous portion, not too creamy but very tasty
the main course (hers):
Shepherd's Pie with a side of Garden Greens
the verdict: doesn't taste anything like instant pie, with generous filling and sweet potato crust,
the salad dressing is light and nice
the dessert:
Strawberry Shortcake
the verdict: fresh cream with fresh strawberries, what's not to like...

the evening was definitely a great way to start a weekend, especially after the karaoke session with great company followed by great dinner to end the nite. told ya i was gonna go back...
