food can be inspiring
there are times when i wish i have a kitchen-less home so i dont have to cook and do the dishes, where i dont have to clear the mess and wipe the grease. but occasionally, i'd like to think dat i'd be able to do wonders in the kitchen, when i have the strongest urge to play with the pots and pans, whip up something simple but really tasty that money cant buy (read: i'm fussy, it's hard to come by food dat cud really hit off with my taste buds).
so one fine morning i woke up craving for something dat i'm capable of making and so i showered, got dressed and got inside the car while virtually listing the ingredients in my head. shopping was super brief and i had gotten my hands on my fave fungi and sauces and cream. it all happened so quickly when i suddenly found myself "dancing" in the kitchen with the spatula and a knife in one hand, haha! horrifying i know! in about exactly 1hour, i finished preparing a potful of meatball bolognese sauce, and a pot of fusili, ready to be served...but it was only 3pm on a Saturday afternoon!
anyway, my point is, when there's mood, there's magic and anything is impossible!
